Baked blueberry antioxidant
When blueberries are baked, they are added sugar to make blueberry muffins. Although, some
antioxidants are still present in cooked or baked blueberries, they are overshadowed by the sugar and unhealthy
ingredients added to them. Overall blueberries are great antioxidant providers.
